Founder & Head Chef Jaap founded Jaap's Private Dining out of a genuine love for bringing people together around exceptional food. Trained at Les Roches in Crans-Montana, Switzerland — one of the world's leading hospitality schools — he holds a BSc in Global Hospitality Management with a specialisation in Entrepreneurship. As head chef, Jaap personally oversees every menu, every evening, and every detail that makes the experience what it is.

Zeb Terwee
Co-founder & Sous ChefZeb is the operational backbone of Jaap's Private Dining. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship from Team Academy, he brings both business insight and culinary passion to his role. From sourcing the finest ingredients to expanding the menu and maintaining overall quality control, Zeb ensures every evening runs exactly as it should — behind the scenes and on the plate.
